Most teachers in Indonesia have come to realize benefits
teaching with technology. They believe that the inclusion pedagogy in
technology to be able to improve quality of teaching. Zemsky and Massy (2004)
stressed that it can be a good from the success program implementation
technology integration if teachers know about the benefits of technology to
teach and to make often used in the training them. However, there are
still mentions only availability facilities their technology as an excuse
to integrate technology into the teaching. Teachers who only have a reason for
this as a basis for teaching with the technology is usually will find very few
of the program because they may not realize many benefits that technology can
provide them to increase the level of professionalism. They only motivated by
the institute's donors who gave them with the latest laptop. Teachers from this
type is usually only knew that this is the basis of computer technology. In
this case, Carnevale (2004) holds that if teachers know little about the host,
the institution in facilities investment may be less efficient. The following is obstacles that are met
Indonesian teachers in learning ICT : lack of knowledge and skills,even though
they are active use technology pedagogy into, most teachers still feel that
they do not have the knowledge and skills that are enough to optimal integrate
facilities to in teaching,and lack of technical support,almost all the teachers
complain about lack technical workers in college, they found is a serious
problem which need to be handled by institution to quickly,and the lack of
incentives,over lack of incentives interview, repeatedly mentioned by some of
the participants and they will bear witness that there is no additional
incentives provided by innovation that they had been made. like Hilda Cahyani (2011) , he assigned students to

activities before students handed over results duties,including specify details
company, planning or structure of organization, wrote company brochures, wrote
products and services, and write strategy company's business. Thus, have been
used by the teachers for simplicity, comfort, and the potential for teaching
and learning process to create interesting. So, the technology is believed to
be as important tool to prepare students for facing the future when they have
completed their education and to modern-oriented.
